Alternative Dispute Resolution

Mediation is the fastest form of dispute resolution where the parties can resolve their own disputes by mutual agreement. Bill Sipes is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Mediator in both domestic and civic cases

Arbitration — This form of dispute resolution is more traditional where a neutral 3rd party bears the argument on both side and then imposes a binding decision on the parties. Usually there is no appeal of the decision. Bill Sipes is a listed arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.

Forensics — The use of intelligence gathering techniques and business skills to develop information and opinion for attorneys involved in civil litigation and to provide expert testimony if called.
